Motivating Employees through Evidence-Based Leadership and Management
1 PM - 2:30 PM EST (10 AM-11:30 PM PST)
TRAIN THE TEAM - GROUP RATES AVAILABLE
* Pay online, or request invoice. Purchase Orders (PO's) welcome
This webinar is designed to teach skills for motivating others to managers and supervisors who have direct and indirect reports. On every team you will have members who excel. Then there are those who work at it and yet can only manage an average performance. Then there are those who are just getting by. The dynamics of working with such a diverse group present unique challenges for any manager. Consider also that as personnel become tenured in their positions they sometimes develop less than desirable habits.
This program is designed to help management build on skills they already have to help keep their staff "very interested" in the jobs they are hired to do, and do it very well.
Program Goals and Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course, participants will understand key motivation factors and how to skillfully apply them to drive team performance daily. They will also learn;
- Coaching skills for developing their team and building healthy relationships with their employees
- To apply skills learned to maximize performance results and achieve goals
- To set and communicate department-aligned goals and achieve them through staff
- Key factors for improving performance when expectations are not being met
